Our primary coverage area is Butler, Armstrong, Beaver, Lawrence, Mercer, Venango, Clarion, Indiana, Westmoreland and Jefferson Counties, but we have helped family and friends all over Western Pennsylvania.

My name is Jaci Reefer & I am the broker/owner of Threshold Real Estate, LLC.
I’ve been in Real Estate full time since January of 2006. I am also an NCIDQ Certified Interior Designer and have been doing business as "The Design Angle" since March of 1985. With experience and expertise in both of these areas, I have been very successful in helping my clients assess & identify not only the current features & benefits of properties, but also their future potential. This enables my clients to make more informed decisions with the best possible results, whether they are looking for a primary residence or an investment property.
